At Kaksi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer returns at this time. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• White shirts are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
• Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
